Its products are suitable for use in set meals, group catering, airline meals, and Japanese cuisine. The company is committed to food safety and quality, operating its factory in accordance with GMP standards and implementing HACCP management. It strictly controls the source of raw materials and uses high-quality pasteurized liquid eggs to ensure consumer health.
SUREWIN primarily operates on a B2B sales model, supplying to set meal restaurants, airline caterers, group meal providers, and convenience stores. Since 2012, the company has expanded its exports to Hong Kong and Singapore. History
2003-2006
SUREWIN Food was established.
SUREWIN Food was established in 2003. In 2004, the company obtained its factory registration certificate, and by 2005, it became a qualified supplier for fresh food and café-style meal chain systems. In 2006, SUREWIN relocated to a brand-new facility in the Dajia Youth Industrial Park in Taichung.
2007-2010
Obtained multiple international food certifications
In 2007, SUREWIN passed the airline catering evaluation and became a certified raw material supplier. In 2008, the company entered the school group meal sector as a raw material supplier for side dish distribution centers. In 2009, it achieved ISO 22000 food safety management system certification, and in 2010, obtained HALAL certification.
2011-2017
SUREWIN exports its products internationally and has participated multiple times in the Taipei International Food Show and the Taiwan International Halal Expo.
In 2013, SUREWIN obtained certification from Singapore's SFA and officially began collaborations with airlines and Japanese restaurant chains. In 2015, the company further expanded its market reach by successfully entering large American-style wholesale retailers and foodservice channels, offering professional B2B partnership services.
2018-2025
Expand B2B and open B2C model
In 2020, SUREWIN expanded its B2B operations by partnering with a well-known Japanese sushi chain. In 2024, the company launched its thick Japanese-style omelet in small-pack formats, officially entering the B2C market with distribution through major convenience store chains.
